Our training methodology is based on a highly participative approach that allows learners a large amount of 'self discovery' in a structured learning process. The content of courses is rooted in the daily experience of participants and attempts to build on their existing knowledge and skills. The participative nature of the methodology allows for the responsibility for learning to be shared by the trainers and participants, with trainers acting as facilitators and educators. It also assists in ensuring that the learning is transferred to the workplace. Exercises and case studies emphasize practical situations in order to illustrate the application of concepts, theory, law and practice in the workplace.

Workbooks are provided to participants to serve as a learning aid during the training and as a personal resource pack for the participants to be used in practice.
