THE PHILOSOPHY |
The core of our existence is shaped by the desire to design
and provide effective development and empowerment interventions
to organizations, whose main responsibilities is to implement
corporate business or public service mandates that enhance
value creation and service delivery by optimizing the
use of the soul of such organizations.
Originating from the premise that if an individual has difficulty in resolving an issue or matter of whatever nature, such should be extended to a gathering usually then of men. Generally such gatherings took place under the tree. Then opinions, comments, views, suggestions, approach even assistance can be gathered to resolve the matter.
Traditional practice of preparing cowhide for a variety of purposes such as amabheshu - clothing and amahawu - protection, generated and necessitate a lot of crafty handwork thereby developing skill, character and even identity. For purposes of beauty and identity that go with it one gathers a lot of experience and guidance when such traditional practices were conducted during the gathering of small groups while issues of mutual interest concern were also flowing.
It is this tradition that has guided our thinking on designing management concepts for modern gatherings especially in the workplace. As was the case in the past in the small or even large gatherings one would receive counselling, advice, coaching, mentoring while consulting with the men and women of wisdom and intellect, even to this day we relish the use of experts in the form of their professional expertise such as: consultants, medicos, lawyers, counsellors, coaches, advisors, educators etc.
Here with as our guiding philosophy from the great wisdom of our traditions we present with modern approach and expertise the management concepts in the packages of services as categorised with the twinkling hope that they will light up the dull skies of human capital for organisational performance.
